• Premium mail in items are defined as 1971 Topps Rookie Card, any flat larger than 11x14, bat, baseball, glove, jersey or jersey number, helmet, original art piece or any item with another player's autograph already on it
• You are responsible for your return postage and tracking
• Mr. Garvey reserves the right to deny any inscription request at his discretion. 

Items must be in our possession no later than AUGUST 10th, 2021 in order to be guaranteed for the signing.
